From Frustration to Solution
Back in 2018, I was working with a manufacturing client who kept asking the same question: "Why can't our financial reports tell us what we actually need to know?" Their monthly statements were technically accurate but practically useless for making decisions.
That conversation sparked something. We realized the problem wasn't with the numbers – it was with how financial information gets communicated. Most businesses receive data that's formatted for accountants, not for the people who need to act on it.
So we started experimenting. What if financial reports looked different? What if budget meetings focused on practical outcomes instead of spreadsheet reviews? What if business owners could actually understand their cash flow without needing a finance degree?
